Practical, compassionate coaching for young people, parents and women who want to understand themselves, build confidence and find a way forward that works for them.

You’re remembering the bags, checking the homework, managing the routines, anticipating the meltdowns and reminding everyone of everything — while your own needs keep slipping further down the list.
I can help you reduce the mental load, understand what your family actually needs and put simple, realistic systems in place so you don’t have to hold everything in your head.
→ I need things to feel more manageable

They may struggle to get started, remember what they need, manage their time or cope when things feel overwhelming.
I help young people understand how their ADHD brain works, find strategies that actually suit them and gradually take more ownership of their lives — without shame, blame or expecting them to become someone they’re not.
→ I want support for my child

When so much of your time and energy goes into keeping everyone else going, it can be hard to remember what you want.
Whether you’re questioning your own ADHD, your confidence, your career or simply what comes next, I can help you understand yourself better and start finding your direction again.
→ I’m ready to focus on me
I’m a qualified ADHD Life Coach, an experienced secondary school teacher and a mum of four, living in Dubai for over 20 years.
My understanding of ADHD comes from both professional training and personal experience. As a parent in a neurodivergent family, I understand the everyday realities,
the emotional overwhelm and the strategies that work brilliantly until suddenly they don’t.
I know that understanding ADHD is only part of the picture. Finding ways to make everyday life work, while protecting confidence, relationships and individuality, matters just as much.
My approach combines specialist ADHD knowledge, years of experience working with young people and families, and a genuine understanding of how complicated life can feel.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I work alongside you to find realistic strategies and a way forward that fits your life.

Why does this matter to coaching?
My background in education, drama, writing and film brings a different perspective to my coaching. Teaching has taught me how differently people learn, communicate and build confidence, while my creative work has given me first-hand experience of turning ideas into something tangible.
I understand the excitement of having a head full of ideas, but also the challenges of organising them, getting started and seeing them through. These experiences help me bring creativity, flexibility and practical thinking to my coaching, recognising that there is rarely just one way to achieve something.
